WELCOME TO MINI MEET EAST 2025 - READING, PA

The Mini Meet East 2025 Committee proudly announces the 50th Anniversary of Mini Meet East, from July 10 to July 13, 2025, being held in scenic Reading, Pennsylvania, the site of the very first Mini Meet East in 1975.   

 The host hotel for the event is the Holiday Inn - Airport, just a few minutes from the historic commercial district in Reading and across the street from the Reading Airport, site of several of our events.

 Reading, located in north-central Pennsylvania is perfect for all activities.

 Come out and enjoy meeting new friends and socializing with old friends while showing off your Minis, your MINIs and your driving skills. The Meet is more than just a driving event, as it’s a get together of like-minded people who share a passion for the Mini car scene.  You will have a chance to experience the unique geography sites located in and around Reading.

 You can participate in the Car Show, Autocross, Funkhana , Car Rally and the final closing Awards Banquet and much, much more. Other activities will be available during the day or evenings as well. We welcome all Mini/MINIs, regardless of their build date.

Le comité Mini Meet East 2025 est fier d’annoncer le 50e anniversaire de Mini Meet East, du 10 au 13 juillet 2025, qui se tiendra dans la pittoresque ville de Reading, en Pennsylvanie, s’est déroulée la toute première Mini Meet East en 1975. 

 L’hôtel hôte de l’événement est l’Holiday Inn - Airport, à quelques minutes du quartier commercial historique de Reading et en face de l’aéroport de Reading, site de plusieurs de nos événements. 

Reading, située dans le centre-nord de la Pennsylvanie, est parfaite pour toutes les activités. 

 Venez rencontrer de nouveaux amis et socialiser avec de vieux amis tout en montrant vos Minis, vos MINI et vos compétences de conduite. Le Mini Meet est plus qu’un simple événement de voitures, car c’est un rassemblement de personnes partageant les mêmes idées et partageant une passion pour la scène des voitures Mini. Vous aurez la chance de découvrir les sites géographiques uniques situés à Reading et dans les environs. 

 Vous pouvez participer au Salon de l’Auto, à l’Autocross, à Funkhana, au Rallye Automobile et au Banquet final de clôture des Prix et bien plus encore. D’autres activités seront également disponibles en journée ou en soirée. Nous accueillons toutes les Mini/MINI, quelle que soit leur date de construction.

MINI MEET EAST 2025 REMINDERS

Pre-Registration ends at 12:01 am (eastern time) on July 4. After this date, you must register on-site in Reading. 

PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO GUARANTEE AS TO MEAL AVAILABILITY OR OTHER MEET ITEMS IF YOU REGISTER ON-SITE. 

The last day to order regalia items (T-shirts, golf shirts and sweatshirts/hoodies) is June 15th at 12:01am (eastern).

Sunday's Banquet will require a ticket which will be in your registration envelope

Registration amounts are in US Dollars and will be converted to your home currency (if needed) by the bank.

If you order regalia and request to cancel your registration, your registration fee refund will be minus the cost of the regalia, and the cost of postage to ship it to you. Registration refunds will be on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed.

Please remember if you need to cancel, don't forget to cancel your hotel room too.
