Here are a few guidelines to help you fill out the registration form.

You will need to look at the CAR SHOW and AUTOCROSS pages below to determine your CLASSIFICATIONS for the Car Show and the Autocross events before you start your registration.
You will be able to pay via PayPal or via Credit Card if you do not have a PayPal account. ALL PRICES ARE IN U.S. DOLLARS.
During registration you are able to purchase EMW2024 clothing. The clothing comes in a stunning blue color adorned with the EMW2024 graphics. You can choose from Men and Ladies Tee shirt, Polo/Golf shirt as well as crew neck or hooded zip sweatshirts, sizes from Small to XXXL.
Please fill out the registration and payment page then click on Submit Button to send the completed form to initiate payment. You can print a copy before submitting if you like by using the Print Button.
Once your registration and payment have been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please verify everything is correct and if there are any changes, please let Mike Smith know by emailing Mike Smith at [email protected]
Please note the following Insurance Requirements.
All attendees are required by our insurance company to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement to participate in each of the events. If you have a minor participating or attending the events, you are also be required to sign a Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement and Minor’s Assumption of Risk and Release and Waiver of Liability. Copies of these forms are located here for review (PDFs below). Please review these before submitting your registration form. The signing of the Release and Waiver forms is a pre-condition to participating in the events. These forms must be signed on location at the meet, or you will NOT be permitted to participate in the events.
In submitting this registration form, all attendees on the registration grant to EMWCANAM, the right to take photographs of themselves and their family in connection with the above-identified event. All attendees on the registration authorize EMWCANAM, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. All attendees on the registration agree that EMWCANAM may use such photographs of them with or without their name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
